Invitation to the first TheModCom Meeting in Barcelona @Gran Foc, 2nd December

Hello Barcelona based community managers,

I'm very happy to announce that we'll have our first The Moderator Community Event!! During the last weeks a few members asked for an offline meeting in Barcelona, see forum conversation. So we thought it would be nice to meet for drinks & dinner next week just before the Internations Event.

When? Wednesday, 2nd December at 19:30
Where? Restaurant Gran Foc, Roger de Lluria 23, 08010 Barcelona

Afterwards you are very much invited to attend the Internations Christmas Party which starts at 21:00!

Please send me a quick message or post a comment to this blog post if you will be able to join us.

The Moderator Community Team - Maria, Edwina and myself - are looking forward to meet you in person next week!

just added it to the Calendar as well - we had it announced in a couple of forums - but you are right: an event is an event ;-)

Hi Daniela and Edwina,

Looks like my plans are not so changeable BUT please let me know when the next meet up is!
I'm very excited about this community and am availble to volunteer / help with future events.

I should be back in Barcelona mid January but look forward to participating more online.

Do you know if there are any plans to do a mobile version of the site? The text editor seems not happy on my android and it would be great to be able to connect while mobile.

@Kiran: Until now we don´t have any plans for developing a mobile version of the site yet, but we will take it into consideration. It´s defiinitely a good suggestion and we see what we can do :) Thanks a lot!
